This is such a simple and quick recipe of turmeric-ginger tea. Still, you will be amazed to realize how powerful it is.
Turmeric and its active component, curcumin, have many health promoting properties. Curcumin is a powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative, anti-microbial and anti-lipidemic agent.
Several studies have also shown the potential of curcumin to help the body overcome certain diseases.
One challenge with turmeric is proper absorption. It is difficult for your body to absorb enough of the nutrients to make a difference. However, Curcumall® is a specialized liquid extract of Turmeric and Curcumin C3 that offers more free curcumin at the cellular level. Curcumall is easily to ingested, is highly concentrated and readily absorbed.
In this recipe I used Curcumall® instead of using the whole Turmeric root and a whole ginger root. This way is much quicker and less messy than using the whole roots. And furthermore, another even more important benefit is that Curcumall® offers more of the active ingredients of turmeric and ginger and therefore more beneficial.
Taking Curcumall® on a regular basis can help maintain overall health and assist in eradicating toxins from the body. Try this power-charged turmeric tea for a few days. You will notice the difference in how you feel!

Curcumall® is an all-natural liquid herbal supplement of turmeric extract, curcumin and ginger extract.
Typically, curcumin is poorly absorbed into the bloodstream through the digestive tract. However, Curcumall® is more readily absorbed than most available curcumin products due to its extraction process and liquid form. This technologically advanced formula delivers more curcumin to the blood while optimizing its efficacy.
Every teaspoon of Curcumall® contains about 500 mg of curcumin and it is great to cook with. Check out our other recipes here for an easy way to incorporate curcumin into your daily menu.
